You have no idea how grateful I am to go back to drawing Silence’s hair properly. I was sick of drawing his other haircut by the second page of chapter 7.

    Hee I know how it is to draw a character in a style unliked! I like Silence’s hair long too! Dear God they kept him alive a long time trying to get him to say the words. What the hell made Lipe so special to them!?

    I really like the way you’re showing the passage of time with this. Let’s see… 1/2 inch hair growth a month. Wow, he’s been there a long time. I wonder how many kids they’ve cycled through in that time.

    I really like how you’ve demonstrated the passage of time with the hair, and also how Lipe’s blank, traumatized stare doesn’t change regardless of how much time passes. I hope he escapes soon!

    Oh, poor Lipe’–stuck with this ongoing battle to say nothing, knowing that there will still be death as a consequence, if not his own.
